The accident occurred in the city of Milwaukee on January 30, 1958. The case was tried to the court and a jury. A special verdict was not requested, and the court submitted a general verdict. The jury returned a verdict of $13,500. Judgment was granted the plaintiff and the defendant appealed. HALLOWS, Justice.
